Darren is a polymath with a variety of performance skills and experience. His history as a singer, actor and speaker heavily influence the performance-based coaching solutions which he draws from to create multimedia live events.

These inspirational, entertaining and thought-provoking presentations enliven education surrounding self-expression, with a key emphasis on communication, confidence and connection.

Having initially trained as an actor and musician, Darren has over twenty-eight years of experience recording in studios and performing on stage, amassing a wealth of expertise in his field.

He began voice coaching in 2008 and has since helped thousands of people find their confidence and realise their true potential.

NEWS

Darren was nominated to compete in and reached the semi-final of the 2020 Nordic Business Forum's speaker competition.

With a key emphasis on the 'The Future Of Marketing' Darren prepared for an planned to give a short presentation about how a human centric work culture is (now more than ever) vital in reaching and connecting with our cutomers.

The competition also boasted a remarkable host of powerhouse performers including Eric Edmeades (of 'Wilfit' and 'Mindvalley') who also so happens to be one of Darren's favourite public speakers!

Unfortunately however due to COVID-19, this years speaker competition has now been cancelled.

Background

Darren initially gained a certificate of distinction in Speech and Articulation from LAMDA before studying for an MA in Acting at East 15 Acting School. He also has the equivalent MA in Radio from the same school and is currently studying to complete his Grade 6 TEFL course through the London Teachers Training College.

To further his resources, Darren went on to complete two further diplomas, one in Life coaching and the other in Hypnotherapy.

Coaching

All of this experience gives Darren a diverse and unique set of tools to draw upon when working with his clients.

Acting

As a stage actor, Darren has worked at The National Theatre, The Royal Opera House, ENO (English National Opera), and has also performed in Warhorse in London's West End. As a film actor, he has appeared in over twenty-five films and he continues to work in both fields.

Music

As a musician, Darren has played for crowds of up to three thousand and appeared on the same billing as Scissor Sisters, The Cuban Brothers and The Blockheads. He has also performed at some of the UK's most exciting festivals like Glastonbury, Bestival, and Boomtown - to name only a few.

Mission

A right that we must feel free to nurture and express without fear of judgement or ridicule.
